Confidentiality Policy
It is
the policy of A+ Mailing Solutions to maintain the utmost confidentiality
of all information provided by customers. All mailing lists or marketing
plans submitted by customers WILL NOT be used for the benefit of any other
customer or organization. Unless requested by customer to maintain for
future use, all data submitted to A+ Mailing Solutions in electronic
format will be immediately deleted upon completion of the job. All
information submitted in hard copy format will be discarded or returned to
the customer upon their request.
A+ Mailing Solutions reserves the right to maintain 2 copies of each mail
piece in customer file for future reference.
This is the policy and promise of A+ Mailing Solutions and it will be
strictly adhered to.
