It is the policy of A+ Mailing Solutions LLC to maintain the utmost confidentiality of all information provided by customers. Any mailing lists submitted by customers WILL NOT be used for the benefit of any other customer or organization. All information submitted in hard copy format will be discarded or returned to the customer upon their request. Lists submitted to us will not be forwarded to or shared with any other party unless specific written instruction is provided originating from the list provider.
A+ Mailing Solutions LLC reserves the right to maintain sample copies of each mail piece in customer file for future reference. Mailing lists are kept in customer specific folders in our Data Server for a period of at least 6 months to assist in future research of questions or verification of original data source and content. Upon request, A+ will delete files immediately upon completion of job with the understanding no liability for job errors related to the list will be the responsibility of A+ Mailing Solutions LLC.
Any additions, deletions or changes to this policy required by customer must be in writing and signed off by both customer and A+ Mailing Solutions LLC.
This is the policy and promise of A+ Mailing Solutions LLC and it will be strictly adhered to.
