Julie Wilson, President and Founder of A+ Mailing Solutions, offers an extensive resume of more than 28 years experience in marketing and sales. She has been part of the mailing industry since 1993, served on the Executive Board of Harrisburg Capitol Area Postal Customer Council for 8 years and served as their Industry Chair (Co-President) for 5 years. Wilson relies on her extensive sales and marketing background to build long-term relationships with customers to exceed their expectations of what a direct marketing and mail provider “should” be. She has developed a thorough understanding of postal guidelines and regulations and understands the most efficient means of mail preparation. For Wilson, it’s about educating and helping her clients make wise choices with limited funds. She shares her knowledge and expertise in the form of seminars and workshops. As a highly regarded speaker, Julie has worked with many professional organizations around Pennsylvania.
When not at work you’ll find Julie…enjoying a game of Penn State football, four wheeling, spending time with her family, and participating in her church. |

Jennifer Bigg comes to A+ Mailing Solutions with over 6 years of marketing experience as well as a degree in Marketing with a minor Communications. Jenn began her career in 2003 with Coldwater Creek as a Visual Merchandising Manager. She traveled extensively around the country to open new stores for the company during the time of their largest growth. She also worked at the Manhattan store and the Corporate Office in Sand Point, ID. In 2008 she took a job as an Area Public Relations/ Marketing Manger for Barnes & Noble. In this role she worked to gain funding and books for schools, art programs, and literacy organizations throughout Central PA. As the Marketing Coordinator at A+, Jenn is responsible for implementing and developing marketing campaigns, creating marketing collateral, graphic design, and branding. In addition to these responsibilities, her services are available to assist our customers in developing their marketing strategy.
When not at work you’ll find Jenn… enjoying the fresh air, spending time with her friends, rooting for the Phillies and Eagles, listening to music, and buying anything and everything vintage. |

Jen Apa joined A+ in the summer of 2009. She brings to the team more than 18 years experience in the Printing and Graphics industry, 10 of which are in sales. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelors in Leadership and Communications as well as a Masters in Leadership and Liberal Studies. Most recently in her career, she was a sales and marketing representative with a Harrisburg based printer. Jen is also an active member of the business community with memberships in the Harrisburg Regional Chamber, Central PA Association of Female Executives, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg Business Woman’s Association, Hershey Partnership, Cultural Homestay International and The Hershey Partnership. As the Sales Consultant with A+ Mailing Solutions, Jen is responsible for maintaining a customer base, growing revenue and customer service.
When not at work you’ll find Jen… participating in Team in Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, volunteering with Susquehanna Service Dogs, loving her pets and spending time with her friends and family.

Martina has been with A+ Mailing Solutions since January 2009, as part of the production team. She was promoted to Production Coordinator in June 2009. Her responsibilities include scheduling production for all jobs, scheduling staff, inventory control, postal certification and maintaining customer relationships.
When not at work you find Martina…spending time with her kids, cooking and relaxing. |
Kim has been with A+ Mailing Solutions since August of 2006. She pretty much knows all that goes on throughout the company so if you have a question- don’t hesitate to ask. Kim is responsible for being the first face you see when you come in the door and generally the first voice you hear when you call. Her other responsibilities include updating and maintaining customer records, accounts payable/receivable, human resources, purchasing and creating estimates for customers.
When not at work you’ll find Kim…Reading, cooking/baking, spending time with her boys, and going for walks.
Helen is our full-time, “go-to” girl in the production area. She does everything- and I mean everything. She maintains all equipment, runs every machine in the shop, sets up jobs on the production computers, and prepares all jobs for the post office. She has been with A+ since 2004. Prior to joining our team, Helen worked for 18 years at a company who manufactured ink cartridges.
When not at work you’ll find Helen…baking (the best cakes EVER- lucky for us she brings samples all the time!), taking care of her plants, and spending time with her grandsons.

Jen has been with A+ since March of 2008. As part of the production team Jen runs the equipment, sets up jobs and processes mail for shipment. Prior to coming to A+, Jen received her certification in Massage Therapy from Lancaster School of Cosmetology.
When not at work you’ll find Jen… relaxing, watching movies and taking her son bowling or to the park. |

Andi has been part of the production team since November of 2008. As part of the production team Andi runs equipment, sets up jobs and processes mail for shipment. Before coming to A+ she graduated from Lancaster Career and Technology Center and was certified in 1992 to be an orthodontic assistant. Andi spent 15 years in the field before taking time off to be a stay-at-home mom. She went back to school for phlebotomy and graduated in 2005.
When not at work you’ll find Andi… in her craft room- beading, crocheting and cross-stitching. (she seems to believe this makes her an “old lady”) |
Nancy is a great part of our technical and production team. She has been with us since 2006 and she can easily run every machine in the place. Before joining us she worked as a book keeper for a sign company.
When not at work you’ll find Nancy… at home with her grand kids, bowling, and watching sports.
